Hot Potato Skins recipe-

   Ingredients :
  1. 4 Small russet potatoes,
  2. Salt and black pepper to taste,
  3. Cup 2% milk and Butter (Depend on you),
  4. cup shredded  Cheddar cheese,
  5. scallions, chopped, plus more for garnish
  6. 1/2 Tbsp minced chipotle pepper
  7. 1/4 cup sour cream
  8. 0.25 tsp turmeric
  9. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  10. olive oil,


    How to Make Weight loss Recipe :

  • Preheat oven 400 F.
  • Mix Olive oil and Salt, Rub the Potatoes ,
  • Bake the paste for 30 Min,
  • Cool that and cut into half,
  • Carefully scoop out the warm flesh into a bowl (leave a thin layer of potato intact around the skin to help prevent it from tearing),
  • Use milk and Butter, if you want. Season with salt and pepper
  • Preheat the broiler,
  • Carefully scoop the mashed potatoes into the hollowed-out potato halves. Top with a bit of extra cheese and place under the broiler until the tops are brown and crispy, 3 to 5 minutes,
  • Mix the chipotle with the sour cream and place a dollop on top of each cooked potato.
  • Finish each with a bit of crumbled bacon and jalapenos.
