  • - 5 stalks celery
  • - 4 oz uncooked brown rice
  • -Tomatoes

How To Make Cabbage Soup diet :

  1. Slice cabbage, onion, Carrot, Tomatoes and all the vegetables ,
  2. Put them in Clod water ,
  3. let the mix simmer uncovered for 10 min. 
  4. let the soup simmer until it soft,
  5. Add salt and pepper for taste.
  6. Soup is ready.
