How to keep Fit without dieting or  Exercise? Can I ?

Answer of question is so much difficult. Somebody will say direct “NO”. But My opinion goes 60% to YES and 40% to “NO”. But Answer of ‘How to keep Fit, Slim and Healthy with Fresh foods and regular work? Can I?’ is YES. You can be healthy and fit taking just regular diet and work. You may not get so called Slim shaped body and or Six pack body. But I can assure you a HEALTHY,SLIM and FIT body to wear bikini.

#What to Eat Daily to Stay Fit and Healthy-
   A Balanced diet with a variety of foods from all food groups and contain Fruits, Vegetable, Fish and Egg keep you strong and fit. I recommend you to avoid meat. It’s not matter measure od Food you have. But it is important what to have. You must keep empty your stomach 1/3 and assure you Slim, Fit, shaped Body.  *  Fruits and Vegetable :

   Variety of Fruits like Guava, Pine apple, Orange, Cherry, Bananas and this kind of Fruits. But I will recommend to Ignore fruits with high fat.

About vegetable there is no compromise. Bring variety in diet with different kind of vegetable like-
-Broccoli,
-Cabbage,
-Chard,
-Mushrooms,
-Squash,
Avoid Heavy potatoes and that kind vegetable which contain Fat.

 * Egg, Milk, Honey :

   One or two Eggs in Breakfast. You can chose Boiled Egg and omelet. Skip it if you take Honey and milk daily.
    Take one glass of milk after dinner and Mourning.
    

  About honey nothing to say. Take Honey whenever you get time, whatever it’s occasion, whenever it’s time.

 *  Whole Grain Foods:
   Have a slice of whole-wheat toast with breakfast, sprinkle wheat germ on your lunchtime salad and enjoy a side of brown rice with your dinner.

 *  Skip Junk Food and Energy Drinks :    

If you want healthy and fit body, You must avoid Junk food like-
-Fries,
-Pizza,
-Barger,
-Biscuits,
Not even in occasion. Forget about drinks. Drinks mean every kind of drinks. Not even Soft drinks, Cola, Energy drinks, Bear nothing.


 #Regular work and Simple Exercise :

   *Wake daily mourning and Go for a walk. It is important wake up in the mourning. You can try Yoga or Fresh air Breathing. Which will help blood circulation and internal system to work better. Walk at least Half KM daily.
  
   *Swimming is another way to keep your Body fit and slim. It also helps to control your breath and improve Blood circulation.
