   Simple Berry Smoothie Recipe : 

  Ingredients :
  1. Vanilla yogurt(0.5 cup),
  2. Orange Juice(As you want need),
  3. Raspberries (0.33 cup), 
  4. Blueberries (Frozen 0.33 cup), 

  How to make Simple Smoothie :
  • Take the fruits and Put in blender with Orange juice.
  • Blend it after adding yogurt,
  • Blend it until it become smooth.
Berry smoothie is ready for your quick weight loss. And it is a Easy Smoothie recipe.

  Healthy Pineapple Smoothie Recipe :


  Ingredients 
  1. One cup pineapple Juice
  2. 6 ounce vanilla yogurt
  3. One Banana,
  4. Half Cup strawberries

  How do you make a banana and strawberry smoothie
  • Combine a all the ingredients in blender,
  • Blend that until smooth.
Pine apple is great source Vitamin c, Fiber, Minerals etc that is why I include this.
